Shipping and handling
We offer a $15 Australia wide flat rate shipping fee, with free shipping for orders over $150. Shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout for an additional charge. Orders are generally processed within 48-72 hours of being placed, with the exception of busy periods.
We currently only ship within Australia, and use a courier service, so please no PO Box or parcel lockers; a physical delivery address is required. Please ensure all delivery details are correct, as we can not be held responsible for loss due to incorrect delivery details.
Due to Covid 19, all orders will be delivered as ‘Authority to leave’ meaning that they will be contactless, and left in a safe place at the discretion of the courier. House of Wellington can not accept responsibility for lost parcels once they have been shipped.
We take exceptional care when packaging your products for shipment, however in the unlikely event that there is a breakage during transit, we require you to email us within 14 days of receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org with photo evidence of the damaged candle in its original packaging and the unlit wick for a replacement to be sent out to you.
